I wasn't sure where else to post this so I decided to post it here. I just wanted to say that that you guys deserve Kudos for this game. It's terribly underrated and as such, I fear that many didn't give it a try but ever since I got it the day it came out (I was looking forward to it very much when it was first announced) I never regretted it.

I'm a big puzzle fan and as such, this game instantly appealed to me. This game's high level of challenge is certainly one to be experienced by puzzle fans and for that reason alone, it makes this game worthy of merit. Sure the 1000-Point price tag may seem a little steep, but if you're willing to give something new a try and are craving for a much more challenging puzzler, then give this a go. You may be disappointed with graphics and whatnot but keep in mind that the gameplay is the main focus of the game. Be open-minded about it and you'll find that there's a lot to like about this game.

Steel Penny Games, I would like to say that I hope this hasn't discouraged you from making future WiiWare titles because, quite frankly, I would love to see more from you guys given how this game turned out to be. Please remember that although critics may not appreciate your game, other gamers like myself DO! A common example I can use is that of PLATTCHEN Twist n Paint by BPlus. The game is bashed like crazy and yet, MANY gamers love the game so it does have its fans. It's because of these fans that have motivated BPlus to make more games for the WiiWare service and to not let these little inconveniences (such as the off-beat reviews) discourage them. I certainly hope that SPG keeps this in mind looking forward to the future. You guys have a lot of potential, especially coming from a great background and I'd love to see more of it fleshed out. I'd hate to see you guys abandon all plans of revisiting the WiiWare service just because this may not have seemed liked a success to you.

I hope my post has encourage you as a developer to continue to pursue ventures in this type of field.

Thanks for the kind words!

For what it's worth, many game companies' that survive the test of time started off stumbling. In particular, I take a great deal of inspiration from Andy and Jason, the original Naughty Dogs, because their first major games (Rings of Power, Way of the Warrior) weren't perfect, but were stepping stones to greater things. I can only hope we manage to follow their lead.

Game development is a complicated business. At the moment, we're still putting together prototypes and figuring out where they'll make the most sense to publish them. Suffice it to say, WiiWare is definitely still on our radar.

Best,
JH
